Many of our churches love the away time feature, which lets users indicate future dates when they will not be available for scheduling. Now you can also view the away time of your group by seeing it graphically on your calendar. Here is how:
First, go to your calendar and notice the small checkbox at the bottom called “Show Away Time”:
Now, select the checkbox and you will see the away time appear as colored bars across the effected days as below.
You can see which people are specifically away in any specific day of the colored bars by simply mousing-over the day you are interested in.
