“2019 will mark the 22nd year that Planetshakers Conference has been lifting up the name of Jesus to a generation,” says Planetshakers Church Sr. Pastors Russell and Sam Evans. “We feel that just as rain is formed naturally by the sun’s heat evaporating water, that our prayers, praise and worship have been reaching heaven all this time. Rain forms when there is a cool change and there is a change in the atmosphere. We are believing that at this conference there will be an unprecedented outpouring of the rain of heaven.”

Twelve:One grew in the soil of reflections around Romans 12:1. “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.” This exciting new album is one that has its roots in this verse, sharing songs of surrender to Jesus and the purposes of God, filled with prayers of commitment to his Kingdom and his cause, whatever the implications.

These songs will inspire the church into intimate, humble and courageous responses to God, with songs that provide language for a revived church to say that we are committed to living surrendered to God, whatever the cost. Worship is grounded in a surrendered life. It is living our whole lives for him. That is the story of Twelve:One. God was pouring out His love instead of judgment, and my eyes opened to how He sees us ALL and how His love stretches ‘round the world. This is His message to the world… God saying, THIS is who I am.”

Writer, Terry Butler talks about the lyrics from his new song, “All The Same”, which he penned with his nephew, Byron Aram. “A couple hours after I sent Byron the lyrics, God gave him the full melody and chords and we didn’t change a thing.”

In 2005, we released this Christmas song as a single resource on an enhanced CD. It is a modern worship song styling of the ancient Christmas message of Jesus coming to earth from the celebration story of the gospel accounts. We recorded and produced an entire suite of resources for this modern worship song because we thought it would be best to equip churches by providing the most extensive musical resources. This meant, simply, that if someone was looking for a modern sounding worship song, that fit the Christmas theme, they could use this song with their local church music group, regardless of the musician and vocal resources they had available. If they had a choir and complete band, they could use this resource easily. If they had a small group with just one leader, all the components were here to help, regardless.

If you are like me, every time the Christmas season rolls around I am on the look out for fresh Christmas worship songs. It’s always nice to breathe some new life into our Christmas season song lists with fresh, new Christmas worship songs. “I Will Remember” is congregationally-friendly with a strong, memorable chorus (no pun intended). I’m sure “I Will Remember” will find a home in many churches this Christmas season…
…It is obvious that much consideration has gone into pulling together the component pieces of the “I Will Remember”. This is truly a worship leader’s resource created by a worship leader for worship leaders. Hopefully not the last of its kind!!

Many instantly responded to “The BreakupSong,” calling the anthemic tune that sings about breaking up with fear “uplifting, hope-inspiring and empowering,” with one fan even writing, “Halfway through my first time hearing it I purchased the song. [It was] so timely in my life. Thank you for this freedom from fear theme song of the year (and for life)!” Battistelli has also been waiting a long time to share these new songs, recently sharing that she had new songs ready for an album two years ago.
