Austin & Lindsey Adamec/Integrity Music single “As For Me & My House” on WorshipTeam

Austin & Lindsey Adamec has released “As For Me & My House” through Integrity Music and the song is now loaded into WorshipTeam.com “As For Me & My House” is a live recording of a great new song.

“We had no clue that when we wrote this and recorded it on February 9th, with a house full of people, that we were about to go into this coronavirus season. We had no clue we would be in a place where we are forced to stay home and really look at the things in our lives that are necessities. When we wrote this song, it was always on our hearts that this would be an anthem for each and every home, that we would get serious about our first ministry and take it back. We would open every room in our heart and every room in our home to the Holy Spirit and be truly a people marked by His presence.

The bridge of this song says “This is a house where idols fall, this is a house where dead men walk, this Is a house where freedom calls, can you hear it now, can you hear it now” and we hope your houses will resound that fact that He’s a miracle working God; He’s faithful until the end. He’s faithful to finish the good work He’s started in your life.”

ABOUT AUSTIN & LINDSEY: Austin and Lindsey Adamec are a Jacksonville, Florida-based husband and wife team who share a passion for gathering people of all walks of life and creating a safe space for intimate worship.

After living in Nashville, TN for several years, pursuing individual artist careers, they felt God calling them back to Florida, to work together as worship pastors at Christ’s Church, Jacksonville. After their move they saw this new season of ministry expand beyond the church walls, into maximum security prison campuses and public pavilions where there were many attempts to shut down their worship by religious protestors. It was in those moments they felt God showing them how there is no space He won’t invade.

“With this revelation, we questioned ourselves: what if our cherished house hangs turned into a sanctuary for the presence of Jesus? What if church wasn’t just on a Sunday but any moment someone walked through our front door?”

In late 2018, Austin and Lindsey opened up their home for monthly gatherings, inviting people from across their community to come break bread and worship together. These gatherings have been a life source for many people across the greater Jacksonville area, growing beyond expectations, bringing with it, a stronger sense of community and belonging, and a greater passion for the presence of God.

These meetings have sparked a new sound for Austin and Lindsey. The first single, captured live at one of the house gatherings, “As For Me and My House” is set to release May 15th with Integrity Music.

UPPERROOM/The Fuel Music album “Land Of The Living” on WorshipTeam

UPPERROOM has released “Land Of The Living” through The Fuel Music and all songs are now loaded into WorshipTeam.com “Land Of The Living” is a live recording of some great new songs.

Originally scheduled to release later this year, Land of the Living was revealed early as the team at UPPEROOM felt the songs were meant to inspire hope, peace and faith amidst a season where the world is struggling with Covid-19.

“The album has been done and we’re releasing early, not because we are rushing anything, but because the timing is right,” shares UPPERROOM Global Director, Autumn Williams.

“I feel like this is going to impart hope to a lot of people who may be struggling with hopelessness,” adds Elyssa Smith, who leads worship at UPPERROOM’s main church campus in Dallas, TX. “For it to drop at this moment, having no idea six, seven months ago that we would be living in this time, I see the intentionality of the Lord. And I feel the absolute honor and humility of the Lord trusting our community with these types of songs, knowing that this week was coming for the nation and the earth.”

Like its Good Morning America-featured “Surrounded (Fight My Battles)” featured on its acclaimed debut album, To The One, UPPERROOM’s Land of the Living songs have been uniquely curated by its songwriters as they gathered together to expand melodies and lyrics spontaneously received in the ministry’s Morning/Noon/Night Prayer Room. Produced by Matt Fish and Oscar Gamboa, the new album also includes the title track that began in a night of deep despair for worship leader Cody Ray Lee.

“As I cried out to God that night the verses came to me instantly and they felt like the deep intercession of my soul being poured out to God,” says Lee. “The more I sang the verses I started realizing that the chorus was going to be David’s declaration in Psalms 27:13: ‘I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living,’ a declarative statement for all who need/desire God’s goodness.

“My encouragement to those listening is that no matter the state of being we are in, we can remain confident that God’s goodness will always shine through,” continues Lee.

The new album further features “Into The Battle,” a prayer against anxiety and depression, “Oh The Cross,“ a declarative response to the rescuing work of Jesus led by Smith and co-written by Jeremy Riddle, “Rest On Us,” which honors the Holy Spirit and the day of Pentecost, and “Unto the Lamb,” inspired by Colossians 1:15-18 and Revelation 5.

Elevation Worship Records album “Graves Into Gardens” on WorshipTeam

Elevation Worship has released “Graves Into Gardens” through Elevation Worship Records and all songs are now loaded into WorshipTeam.com “Graves Into Gardens” is a live recording of some great new songs.

Recorded live at the broadcast location of Elevation Church on January 15, 2020, Graves Into Gardens is a nine-track project that dynamically showcases the collective talents of the entire worship team and band while giving lead vocal spotlights to multiple worship leaders. These include Chris Brown (“My Testimony,” “There is a King”), Tiffany Hammer (“Available,” “Have My Heart”), Jonsal Barrientes (“Authority”), Anna Sailors (“No One Beside”), Isaiah Templeton (“What Would You Do”), and a feature from Tauren Wells (“Never Lost”). The title track “Graves Into Gardens” features the intensely-emotional vocals of guest singer and Bethel Music recording artist Brandon Lake, who is also credited as co-writer on “Graves Into Gardens,” “My Testimony,” and “There is a King.”

“Each album we’ve released has its own special theme, message, and musical vibe, and we’ve recorded almost all of them as live church experiences,” says Chris Brown. “But I have to say the electric, live atmosphere that was captured on Graves into Gardens stands above our previous collections. There’s not been another live recording of ours that has compared to the energy and spirit that was in the room that night. The significance of what we experienced was unmistakable and I really believe it’s a project that
has the ability to transport listeners into that room filled with other passionate worshippers, but more importantly usher the presence of God into any environment it’s heard. The intensity, excitement, the spontaneity, and the emotionally sacred moments that we recorded together all live on in a special and evident way that will allow listeners everywhere to be part of the Elevation Worship experience.”

Perfectly embodying the unique creative and inspirational interaction between Pastor Steven’s weekly messages and the music performed by Elevation Worship, the title track and concept for Graves Into Gardens have their roots in a sermon he preached on a Bible passage found in 2 Kings 13. After the prophet Elisha died, his story didn’t end there. Two Israelites were near his gravesite about to bury another man. When they saw a band of enemy raiders coming, they threw the man’s body into Elisha’s tomb. When the body touched Elisha’s bones, the man came to life and stood up on his feet (2 Kings 13:20-21).

Pastor Steven preached that just like the resurrection miracle Elisha still had left in his bones, God is in the business of bringing dead things back to life. And i f we’ll throw the dead areas of our lives on the bones, if we’ll believe in the power of God, if we’ll declare resurrection power over everything we sow, nothing will be wasted. Nothing is over. Nothing is finished. If God is in it, we will move forward. As the members of Elevation Worship have corporately expressed: “Our prayer for this project is that it would serve to bring the reality of the Kingdom of God into our hearts and minds –– our entire faith is built on the truth that when Jesus hung on a cross and was placed in a tomb, it wasn’t the end. He wasn’t buried, he was only planted. What the world saw as defeat, God knew was a victory. Our faith is in a resurrected King, and the reality that resurrection is still happening and is possible in our own lives.”

Brown further illuminates: “We hope people are able to take a second look at what they once considered “dead” in their life. And that this project provides a new perspective that allows them to see new life in seemingly dead places. Because what God breathes on must come to life. And what we may see as a grave, God sees as a garden.”

Another key track, the stunning ballad “Available,” is a musical reflection of a 2019 sermon series by the same name. It brings to light the reality that, when we make our hearts available to God, we can live up to the potential He sees for us, rather than live at the level we see for ourselves. The Brown-led “shot of faith adrenaline” (as he calls it) “My Testimony” is a declaration of all that God’s done for us, along with all the miracles and blessings we’ve yet to see him do in our lives. “There is a King,” the other track featuring Brown on leads, was inspired by a tragic loss the worship team suffered. In the midst of their pain, their faith gave them the confidence to musically assert that, “It won’t be long/We will behold Him/And every tear He’ll wipe away/We’ll be at home/The war will be over/Soon we will meet our Savior face to face.”

“Our greatest hope for Graves into Gardens is that people can easily get caught up in worship and encounter God’s presence through it,” says Brown. “Whether it’s just a few notes or lyric lines or the entire album, we want the music and message to elevate their faith to believe in the resurrection power of all the dreams, hopes, and promises they’ve sown. And to be reminded that in every season and every circumstance God is able to do more than we could ask or imagine when we trust Him with our present and future. ”

“Sons And Daughters” is Vineyard Worship’s monthly single for May 2020. In a very real sense, this song was birthed out of the deep community relationship of the wider Vineyard family.

Featuring the powerful vocals of newcomer Kyle Howard, “Sons and Daughters” carries the life of that spontaneous moment into the final recording. It has been said that what starts in worship ends in worship; this sense is palpable in Vineyard Worship’s new single.

Chris Renzema/Centricity Music album “Let The Ground Rest” on WorshipTeam

Chris Renzema has released “Let The Ground Rest” through Centricity Music and all songs are now loaded into WorshipTeam.com “Let The Ground Rest” is a recording of some great new songs.

Recording artist and songwriter Chris Renzema releases his sophomore, full-length album and Centricity Music debut, The album’s acoustic, soul-stirring songs shift seamlessly from indie rock to folk worship to Americana. Renzema’s voice and lyrics cut to the bone singing about hope and echoing the universality of both pain and praise.

The music we’re making isn’t being engineered to hit any playlists or radio or anything like that,” says Renzema. “The strategy is to let it hit the people that want it already and let that inform where it’s going. We’re taking the toolbox we have and refining it, not adjusting or changing or moving it.”

Tracking some songs live in the studio, utilizing one-take vocals with no overdubs and playing guitar on one track and piano on another for the new album, Renzema shows his versatility in every song.

“The heartbeat behind Let The Ground Rest is the idea that growth comes from periods of rest, of barrenness,” shares Renzema. “It’s a process to exist, to learn and understand God’s love. While His love is not seasonal, we go through seasons as we understand and experience it. Spring is not spring without winter, and that process is a good thing.”

In between the opening and closing tracks, Renzema shares real-life, hopeful messages along with worship in singles like “17” and “Better.” The latter song was written “as a sort of ‘get well soon’ card to the world, having no idea I’d be releasing it during a worldwide pandemic and a national quarantine, but here we are,” says Renzema. “I hope this song can be a prayer for tired hearts in this crazy time, but if not that then at least a small note from me to you, saying, ‘I hope you get well soon.’”
